Privacy Governance & Data Processing Agreement

Preamble & service scope

This Privacy Governance Agreement sets forth the mechanisms governing the handling of information gathered through the mobile software Kreativ AI: Video Generator. Operated under a Freemium model and provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, deployment or interaction with the Application signifies your explicit acknowledgment of these rules.

Automated diagnostics & system logs

Upon software execution, automated monitoring frameworks record non-identifiable telemetry necessary for runtime stability and system optimization:

• Device Endpoint Data: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
• Behavioral Metrics: Viewed application screens, feature access timestamps, and session lengths.
• Platform Details: Mobile device operating system variant and architecture version.

Image processing, face data & media uploads

To generate synthetic media and AI videos, users may upload personal image or video assets.

• Facial Recognition & Biometrics: Uploaded photos are utilized exclusively to construct the requested video output. The Application DOES NOT scan, extract, parse, or retain face geometry, facial measurements, or biometric templates.
• User Control: Media files remain under the exclusive control of the user and are never repurposed for identity verification, demographic profiling, or tracking.

AI architecture & OpenAI third-party disclosure

The Application incorporates advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies to process creative media and deliver automated video generation.

Primary AI sub-processor disclosure

To complete video synthesis requests, prompt inputs and user-submitted media files are securely transmitted to OpenAI:

• Transmitted Data: Text prompts, uploaded image files, video clips.
• Designated Vendor: OpenAI (operating under independent enterprise data protocols).

Advertising identifiers & tracking tokens

For ad performance evaluation and Freemium architecture support, the Application may request access to persistent hardware identifiers, including:

• IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)
• IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)
• Google Advertising ID (GAID)

These identifiers are processed and stored solely as detailed within this Policy.

Administrative communications

We reserve the right to contact users via provided details regarding crucial system alerts, technical disclosures, policy modifications, and periodic marketing updates.

Integrated third-party services

Aggregated and anonymized data metrics are regularly passed to external providers to assist in software optimization. Each external vendor maintains independent terms:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook SDK
• RevenueCat

Statutory mandates & compelled releases

The Service Provider may disclose collected information (automated logs and user inputs):

1. Pursuant to judicial orders, subpoenas, or lawful administrative processes.
2. When necessary in good faith to protect legal rights, user safety, investigate fraudulent behavior, or answer governmental demands.
3. To vetted technical infrastructure providers bound by non-disclosure duties.

Erasure rights, retention & opt-out

• Immediate Collection Stop: Uninstalling the Application via standard OS removal procedures immediately terminates all data collection.
• Retention & Erasure: User-provided inputs are held for the duration of active use and a reasonable period thereafter. To request data deletion, send a written request to [email protected] for processing within a reasonable period.

Protection of minors

The Application is not configured for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly gather personal information from children under 13. Should we discover unintentional collection from a child under 13, all records will be deleted immediately. Guardians observing such transmissions should contact [email protected].

Security measures, amendments & contact

Physical, digital, and procedural safeguards are active to preserve data integrity.
