End User Terms & General Conditions of Use
The agreement that applies when you download, install, or run Kreativ AI: Video Generator on your device.
Binding contract execution
Downloading, installing, or executing Kreativ AI: Video Generator (distributed as a Freemium service) establishes a legal agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these stipulations, terminate usage immediately.
Intellectual property & usage ban
All intellectual property rights, software code, visual assets, trademarks, and underlying architecture associated with the Application belong exclusively to Kotryna Capiene.
Users are expressly prohibited from
- Duplicating, copying, or altering any portion of the Application or trademarks.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting source code extraction.
- Creating localized translations or unauthorized derivative products.
Service adjustments & pricing
We reserve full rights to adjust software functionality or introduce paid features at any time. Any applicable fees will be explicitly disclosed to you prior to billing.
Hardware security & user responsibilities
- OS Compromise (Jailbreaking / Rooting): You are responsible for protecting your device. Modifying your device’s core operating system (“rooting” or “jailbreaking”) removes factory safeguards, exposes your device to malware, and may cause total software failure.
- Device Battery: Maintaining adequate device charge remains your responsibility. We assume zero liability for service interruptions due to battery depletion.
Network dependencies & carrier charges
- Connectivity Requirements: Features depend on Wi-Fi or mobile data access. The Operator is not responsible for feature failure stemming from poor network connection or exhausted data limits.
- Carrier Fees: Operating the app over cellular networks may incur data or roaming charges. You accept full financial liability for these costs. Non-account holders are presumed to have received authorization from the bill payer.
Third-party frameworks & disclaimer of liability
The Application relies on integrated external tools subject to independent terms:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Facebook SDK
- RevenueCat
Limitation of Liability: While we strive for accuracy, we rely on external third parties for features and AI processing (including OpenAI). The Service Provider accepts no direct or indirect liability for losses experienced from total reliance on the Application’s functions or outputs.
Artificial intelligence acknowledgment
The Application utilizes Artificial Intelligence to power video synthesis and media tools. By using the software, you acknowledge and agree that prompts and uploaded assets will be processed by AI infrastructure (including third-party sub-processors such as OpenAI) in compliance with applicable law.
System updates & termination
- Update Obligations: Mobile platform requirements evolve. You agree to download and apply all released software updates. Continuous support for legacy OS versions is not guaranteed.
- Access Revocation: The Operator reserves the right to discontinue software support or terminate access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) all granted rights end; (b) you must cease usage and delete the Application.
Revisions & legal inquiries
These Terms & Conditions may undergo periodic revisions. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued software deployment implies full agreement.
